I understand that sometimes events are unavoidable, and a cancellation is needed. However, sort notice (within 24 hours) means I am unable to fill that slot, and as a result I lose the fee. With the booking system I use there is a option to rearrange the appointment up until 24 hours before, and I recommend re-arranging if you are unsure.
If I need to cancel an appointment last minute then this will be either refunded or rearrange to the next available time.
